The web platform consists of relevant e-commerce data and resources for the CEFTA markets, including basic e-commerce data, interactive graphs and data on CEFTA e-commerce market development, as well as data on key aspects of doing business in e-commerce.

Relevant e-commerce data is presented for all 7 CEFTA markets - North Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo*, Montenegro and Moldova in the web platform.

Modules are independent units with information on a certain topic that is part of a whole. Each of the modules is on a different relevant e-commerce topic, presented in a way that is easily understood by everyone. The platform contains five modules that will be built and promoted separately in different phases of the project. The five modules have emerged in response to market challenges mapped out by the business sector and government institutions, and will cover the following five topics: E-commerce Data, Legal framework, E-Payment, Delivery and Success Stories. Each of these modules will contain relevant CEFTA market-specific information, tutorials, manuals and topic-related documents.

The information on the homepage is available in English and the information for each CEFTA market is available in the local language and in English.
